A new restaurant is coming to Columbus, Ohio

A popular restaurant chain is getting ready to open a new location in Columbus.
Are you a fan of Genghis Grill? If the answer is yes, you might be excited to hear that the restaurant chain is planning to open a new location in Columbus later this month. According to its Google listing, the new location - which is located at 1865 N Pearl St - is set to open on June 23.
The restaurant is known for its customizable stir fry bowls. First, you pick a base. Options include white rice, fried rice, udon noodles, cabbage, tortillas, rice noodles, quinoa, potato hash, and cauliflower rice.
Then you can pick up to 2 proteins. Options include ham, bacon, pepperoni, meatballs, sausage, pulled pork, chicken, citrus garlic herb chicken, steak, Khans Krab, calamari, salmon, shrimp, tofu, chimichurri chicken, and Dr. Praeger’s Chicken, which is a plant-based protein.
Then you can choose up to 3 of these spices: lemon pepper, salt, pepper, citrus garlic blend, Cajun, garlic, dragon salt, Old Bay, cayenne, ginger, crushed red pepper, and Montreal steak seasoning.
Then you can choose up to 4 of these veggies: Tex-Mex caviar, yellow onions, cabbage, bell peppers, jalapenos, potatoes, squash, zucchini, baby corn, edamame, mandarin orange, water chestnuts, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, kimchi, sugar snap peas, green onion, roasted red peppers, pineapples, mushrooms, garlic water, cilantro, and basil.
Then you can choose up to 2 of these sauces: basil pesto, island teriyaki, sesame, sweet and sour, roasted garlic, 3G sauce, kung pao, dragon sauce, roasted garlic parmesan, lemon herb sauce, and sriracha bourbon BBQ.
The menu also has some preset options. Popular bowls include the dragonfire shrimp (which has shrimp, crushed red pepper, ginger, green onions, dragon sauce, and toasted sesame seeds), supreme fried rice (which has chicken, shrimp, steak, yellow onions, green onions, red bell peppers, carrots, and scrambled egg), and beef & broccoli, which has a garlic sauce blend and green onions.
The restaurant also offers appetizers like chicken pot-stickers, hummus (which is topped with basil pesto and comes with tortillas and bell peppers), teriyaki chicken quesadillas (which come with spicy ranch sauce for dipping), and bacon ranch quesadillas, which come with buttermilk ranch sauce for dipping.
If you have room for dessert, many locations offer the peanut butter chocolate bomb (which is a chocolate cake with layers of chocolate and peanut butter) and double fudge brownies.
