Genghis Grill Sets Opening Date
One of the many, many new restaurants headed for the University District has an official opening date. Genghis Grill will open its doors at 18 E. 15th Ave. on Friday, June 23.
It will be the sole Ohio location for the fast-casual chain which offers a wide variety of stir-fried bowls. The campus area location also represents a new service model for the restaurant with a smaller footprint and focus on an accelerated guest experience with options like a separate to-go order staging area and multiple curbside pick-up parking spots.
The menu includes a number of chef-driven creations, as well as 80 plus ingredients for a DIY bowl-building experience. There are also keto, gluten-free, low-carb, vegan and vegetarian options.
Genghis Grill will be open from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
