So the expert panel responsible for ranking the Top 100 concepts included this list of 50 additional brands that deserve mention. Some have been on the Top 100 list in years past, but nearly half — 24 — have never garnered a mention before.

Each of these concepts is making a name for itself in the fast casual segment and could be at or near the top next year, so keep an eye on the Fab 50. The concepts are listed alphabetically rather than by rank.
