What is KHAN'S REWARDS card?

REWARDS card is part of our loyalty program - KHAN'S KLUB. It is simple, with a purchase of 9 bowls; we pay for your 10th bowl.* Periodically, we will add other promotions and offers to the card as well!

Do I have to pay for KHAN'S REWARDS card?

No. You do not have to pay for your REWARDS card. There are no charges or fees of any type.

Where do I get my KHAN'S REWARDS card?

KHAN'S REWARDS CARD is available at all participating Genghis Grill locations. Ask your server for details.

How do I earn & redeem my KHAN'S REWARDS?

Members earn 1 point per bowl. After 9 bowls, 9 points are earned your 10th bowl is FREE. A bowl is qualified as a bottomless bowl, one bowl, take out, or future warrior. Members earn rewards each time they dine at a participating Genghis Grill location. Present your KHAN'S REWARDS card before you pay the bill, so you can get credit for your bowl(s). In the event the Genghis Grill location is unable to load Rewards Points onto your card due to technical issues, please email khansrewards@genghisgrill.com.

How do I activate my KHAN'S REWARDS card?

Your REWARDS card is activated immediately after you register your card online at www.genghisgrill.com/khansrewards. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CARD TO REDEEM YOUR REWARDS!

Do my REWARDS expire on my KHAN'S REWARDS card?

Rewards Points are good for 12 months before they must be used or they will expire.

What should I do if my KHAN'S REWARDS card is lost or stolen?

If your REWARDS card is lost or stolen, simply provide a valid form of identification (i.e. Driver License), your first and last name, and your card number to our manager at a participating Genghis Grill location and they will provide you with a new REWARDS card to replace your lost or stolen card.

If I forget my REWARDS card and want to make a purchase, can I use my phone number, driver's license or personal ID to make a purchase?

No, not at this time. We require the same level of security as credit cards as they will contain secure information. Accordingly, we currently require that Cards be presented at the time of purchase.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

KHAN'S REWARDS card is for individual customers only. Each card is designated for one individual. You may not share a card with any other person. To qualify for redemption, you must be an active member before the visit at a participating Genghis Grill location and YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CARD online. Only the person paying the bill may be credited with points for any purchases. You must present the card at the time of purchase to be credited. Point accumulations only occur when one bowl, bottomless bowl, take out, and future warrior options are purchased. KHAN'S REWARDS card is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and promotional items. Tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the cardholder. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to receive KHAN'S REWARDS card. Certain restrictions may apply.

Genghis Grill respects your privacy. All information is kept by Genghis Grill and used for Limited Loyalty purposes only. Information is not sold, traded or given to any other entities. We will provide you with notice if our privacy policy changes. An opportunity to reject such changes will be provided. We use safe, secure technology and other privacy protection programs to store your personal information.
