- All of the vegetable options are vegetarian so load your bowl with as many of those as you want
- To add more protein to your meal, choose peanuts for a topping (7g) and choose an egg to be cooked with your meal (6g)
- All of the spices and sauces are vegetarian so feel free to use any of those that you like
- Brown rice has more protein than white rice so choose that if you are looking for vegetarian ways to add protein to your meal
