BUILD IT LIKE A PRO
- Choose lots of protein and vegetables. All of the veggies are gluten-free so add as many as you want
- Avoid tortillas, pasta and some of the sauces which contain gluten
- Choose white rice or shredded cabbage as a base. The cabbage is lower in calories but the white rice will fill you up more
- Add a boost of flavor by using a variety of spices and gluten-free sauces. Substitute Rice Noodles for something heartier, but fully gluten-free. The spices are almost calorie-free if you are watching calories
