All ingredients are available for a high-protein lifestyle. Choose any of our meats or tofu as a base, load up on vegetables, choose whatever sauces and spices you like, your choice of side (brown rice is a great option) and top with peanuts and an egg for an extra boost of protein.
Limit higher carbohydrate sides and vegetables such as pasta or tortillas, potatoes and corn.
Go Low-Carb At Genghis
Many low-carbohydrate options are available at Genghis Grill to fit your lifestyle. Choose any of our protein options, vegetables, sauces, spices and cabbage as a side dish to fit your low-carb lifestyle. Load your bowl with tons of vegetables and meats for a filling, low-carb meal.
